Five-point improvement in consumer confidence in June

Nielsen market research company's consumer confidence index improved to 45 points in June after the 40-40 points of May and April, and the 37 points of March. The consumer morale is on the optimum in the point of view of public purchasing mood.

Overall, the negative trend in consumer confidence stopped in April. In June, people and consider more optimistic their personal financial prospects and domestic career opportunities in the next twelve months.While in May, only 7 percent considered one's personal financial situation good for the next twelve months, now 11 percent. In May 62 percent of respondents considered the domestic job opportunities bad, this rate decreased to 54 percent in June. The consumer confidence index is between 0 and 200 points, usually between 67 and 133 points.
