A five-day delay for the presentation of the purchase document

If someone in the catering or trade industry is catched  out by inspectors with goods without purchase document will have five days to present it to the authority.

The Ministry of Domestic Affairs has published a law amendment on the Ministry's website on Monday. If someone in the catering or trade industry is catched by inspectors with goods without purchase document will have five days to present it to the authority. If they are not able to verify the origin of the goods, the punishable remains a fine of 60 thousand HUF – reports Origo.
