The Etyek-Buda wine region is an ideal weekend excursion destination, especially for those who love wine, nature and the proximity of Budapest. The more than 150-year-old cellars hidden among the vines and hills and the countryside offer unadulterated tranquility. The area is criss-crossed by many hiking trails, along which you can find sights such as the Nyakas stone or the Szily chapel.
