Visit Hungary launches autumn campaign
Building on the success of the summer off-season activity, Visit Hungary is launching a new national communication campaign between October 6 and November 30. The goal is to increase the willingness of domestic guests to book and encourage them to stay longer in the autumn period.
Several hundred accommodations have joined the agency’s summer campaign, and the increase in guest traffic has been measurably confirmed: the number of domestic guests exceeded the same period of the previous year by 7.6 percent and the number of domestic guest nights by 5.2 percent.
Accommodation providers can join the new campaign again if they agree to provide their guests with at least a 5 percent discount between October 6 and November 30, even when booking just one night. The amount of the discount can be freely determined, so it can be joined in conjunction with existing campaigns.
Joining is free, and partners can appear in a national media campaign that will run on television, public spaces, online and social media. Discount offers are listed on csodasmagyarorszag.hu.
You can apply by filling out the online form until October 1, 2025. Visit Hungary will provide information to interested accommodations via a separate email address (kampany@visithungary.com).
