No real change in terms of spending
Looking at the purchases of the epidemic months – March-April – together, some surprises emerge. Taken together in these two months, we spent pretty much as much in the stores as we did a year earlier, looking at the money left in the checkouts. Although in March the spotting threw away family spending, in April the housewives had already restrained the family budget, and the big Easter leap was missed.
