Link and Waberer’s Polish subsidiary were merged
By 1 October, the Link Polish carrier company officially merged with Waberer’s Polska, Waberer’s local freight forwarding office based in Budapest. The merged company will operate under the Link Sp.z.o.o. name – the Waberer’s International Nyrt. told MTI on Wednesday.
Waberer’s announced last summer that it will spend 32 million euros on the acquisition of the Polish carrier company. The acquisition was financed from the Hungarian company’s revenue came from its public equity sales in June last year. (MTI)
