No merge, but collective purchase

There is a reconciliation between Co-op and Real Hungaria retail chains about a purchase cooperation.

The former new about the merge of the two companies was confuted,
but the now sketching cooperation could give a lot of headaches for the rivals.
The new purchase company would have collective more than  HUF700billion income.
