The second largest shopping mall of Budapest opens in the Autumn
The developer, the R-CO Zrt. plans to hand over the second largest shopping mall of Budapest at the Kőbánya-Kispest end terminal of the M3 metro for the Autumn.
The project named KÖKI Terminál, after its location has 59 thousand square meters of area. The project has reached, the structure-finished state, which was celebrated with a key handing over event by the developer.
The KÖKI has a 80 percent occupancy level currently. The developer states, that there is no leasable retail space over 500 square meters in the mall – reports portfolio.hu.
