Joining forces to help people living with flour sensitivity
A new European Union directive entered into force on 13 December, which makes it compulsory to inform consumers properly about the food they buy. This detailed information providing also includes the allergens food products contain, therefore Kométa decided to join forces with the National Association for Gluten-sensitive People (LÉOE) to call attention to gluten sensitivity, as some meat products may also contain traces of gluten.
