Indigenous fruit trees are planted in Rákóczifalva
More than thirty different fruit trees native to Hungary will be planted on Thursday in the yard of one of the primary schools in Rákóczifalva, Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok County, in the area next to the recently renovated sports hall.
Mária Kállai (Fidesz) Member of Parliament for the region, said at the tree planting that it was initiated by Retired Fire General Lieutenant Imre Hoffmann, a former Deputy Secretary of State for Public Employment and Water Affairs at the Ministry of the Interior, who even selected the trees. (MTI)
