Lamb Days throughout the country during the weekend

The Lamb Days initiative intends to promote lamb and sheep meat nationwide from the Friday to Sunday – the organizers told MTI.

Lamb is a higher quality food, compared to industrial meat, because thanks to grazing the animals are grown in the open air, so they have better fatty acid composition. Grazing also has a good impact on the environment, while locally produced food and consumption further reduces harmful environmental impacts. (MTI)
