Russian investor to buy Aranybika
The Aranybika hotel in Debrecen may be bought by a Russian investor from Cheljabinsk, situates beyond the Urals, if the investor will pay the first installment of 800 million HUF, until next Monday – reports Hajdú-bihari Napló.
The domestic representative of the company confirmed, that beside Aranybika, the investor would also bought the Best Western at Kálvin square in Debrecen.
Until the fully payment of the purchase price the Keszthely-based Matos Invest Ltd. would took over the operation of the hotel, during the 90-day moratorium, to keep the operation smooth.
