Purchasing with a bank card would be tax free from 2014

According to the informations of origo.hu, the financial sector has to pay the bank tax again next year, but it seems that the state will give up its transaction tax plans, in order to fight against the black economy.

Although the Government would allow the banks to free up their general risk provisions, in exchange the Government would ask for the 19 percent of the total.

According to next year's draft tax package, the Government would levy a credit institution contribution. The Ministry of National Economy (NGM) intends the credit institution contribution for a one-time tax. (MTI)
