Tesco advertises its stores to rent, on giant posters
Tesco advertises its stores to rent in its hypermarkets, in newspapers, and as a radical new technique on giant posters – reported Hackl Mónika spokesman of Tesco Global Stores Ltd.
According to Tesco’s spokesman the invention works. The spokesman pointed out that the tenancy mix of the market chain is lower than average eith 1-2 percent of fluctuation.
That means 2-3 stores are empty for a few weeks. This is actually not a bad ratio by taking into account, that in the most frequented hypermarkets also faces with vacancy because of the crisis – reports Napi Gazdaság.
