Huge Hungarian success in America: a Hungarian brandy distillery won the “Distillery of the Year” award
Outstanding quality, excellent value for money and eye-catching packaging – these were the most important judging criteria at the USA Spirits Ratings international spirits competition. The contest received entries from 40 countries, but the Distillery of the Year award was won by a Hungarian family pálinka distillery, the Árpád Pálinka Manufaktúra.
But that’s not the end of their success: all three of their named products won gold medals, and the Hungarian family business also won the “Best Spirit by Package” and “Fruits Spirits of the Year” awards. .
Three products, three gold, three special prizes
The Árpád Pálinka Manufaktúra started with three special drinks at the USA Spirits Ratings, and the products earned not only a gold medal, but also special recognition from the professional jury, and the Manufaktúra became the “Distillery of the Year”.
Árpád Classic Gin: 95 points – gold medal
Árpád Paprika Gin: 94 points – gold medal – Best packaged spirit
Árpád Premium Ginger Distillate: 90 points – gold medal – Fruit Distillate of the Year
This is not the first international success of Árpád Pálinka Manufaktura: Classic Gin recently won a gold medal at the IWSC 2024 international competition and the London Spirits Competition, and several of their products received silver medals.
