Lots of free positions and many job offers in hospitality

According to an online survey by Jófogás, every fourth hospitality business had to lay off almost all workers because of the pandemic-related restrictions and closures. Many employees found work in other sectors and 84 percent of respondents don’t expect them to return. Since the reopening the number of job offers has got 3-4 times bigger at Jófogás. Bar, restaurant and hotel owners try to recruit new staff with higher salaries: the hourly rates offered in ads have increased by 20-25 percent. //
