Spar Austria Introduces Organic Toothbrush

Spar Austria has launched an organic toothbrush made of renewable raw materials under its private-label brand, Beauty Kiss.

The toothbrush is made of 90% bio-based raw materials and is available in all Spar, Eurospar, and Interspar stores in Austria.

The handle comprises 97% organic PA polyamide from castor beans while the filaments use 60% of the same material.

The packaging of the product contains at least 80% recycled content, the retailer said.

The product is ergonomically designed and the soft bristles with rounded ends clean gently, making it suitable for sensitive gums and teeth.

The organic toothbrush is an addition to Spar’s 100% microplastic-free, own-brand products sold under the labels Sun Kiss, Beauty Kiss, and S-Budget.
