Hungarian companies are more optimistic, but have different visions about the future
According to the Market Sentiment research of Profession.hu, seven out of ten recruitment and not HR consulting firms believe that the number of their orders and their number will increase in the future. The Hungarian firms are basically optimistic about the following fiscal year, but the number of negative future visions also rose .
67 percent of the respondents, believe that in the following financial year, the number of incoming orders will increase, 27 percent expect staganation. Compared to the 2011 datas the proportion of those who did not take a position on the future decreased from 19 percent to 0 percent. However, the proportion of those respondents (7 percent) who expect a reduction in orders and in staff number increased significantly.
