British pub owners find it outrageous that retail chains sell alcoholic beverages at depressed prices in order to attract even more customers. They have joined forces to protest against this practice. They not only feel that this policy is irresponsible, but also believe that it is unfair that only they are held responsible for the improper behaviour of drunken citizens and campaigns against alcoholism are targeted solely at them.
