Online shopping: growing parcel locker use
According to the results of this year’s second Foxpost Box Index (FBI) survey, the 14% popularity rating of parcel lockers of 2020 climbed to 27% by now. In cities with county rights, 43% named parcel lockers as the best way to collect online orders, and only 34% said they preferred home delivery. Norbert Madar, a GKID partner (they did the research) told: it played a role in the popularity increase of parcel lockers that by October 2022 their number grew to almost 3,000.
