We can be cheated easily online
If there is a problem with the quality of products purchased online, 89 percent of European consumers ask for compensation or their money back, and only 6 percent do nothing. However, in Hungary 17 percent don’t make a complaint in cases like this – reveals a survey conducted by Vatera for 15 March, World Consumer Rights Day.
68 percent of respondents have already had quality problems with products bought online. On Vatera usually it is the sellers that pay compensation if shoppers feel they have been cheated, but customers can ask for compensation from Vatera up to HUF 50,000 if there is a quality problem. //
