The average temperature of the last five to ten days was 3-5 degrees Celsius higher than the usual values at this time, even though the frontal system passing through the weekend dropped the maximum values by almost 10 degrees in most of the country, with the exception of the eastern and northeastern parts of the country below 20 degrees on Sunday was the peak temperature. The warm weather returned from Monday, and since then peak temperatures between 26 and 29 degrees have been measured again. The abundant rainfall over the weekend helped a lot for the optimal early development of the canola, just as it was very necessary to moisten the upper soil layer for the preparation of the seedbeds for the autumn ears of corn.

Due to a weak cold front on Saturday, there may be temporarily more clouds and in some places less rain and showers, and on Sunday the temperature will also drop by a few degrees. The near-surface layer of the soil will continue to dry and shrivel. Another cold front is expected on Wednesday next week, which will predictably cause rain in several places, and the air will cool down to around 20 degrees in the second half of next week.
