New packaging dissolves in water – Video of the day
MonoSol’s idea is simple: package products in dis-solvable packing.
So, instead of taking a single serve container of coffee and putting it into a machine — and later having to remove the empty container — one would just drop a MonoSol packet directly into hot water and watch as the coffee makes itself, FastCompany notes. The dissolvable packets are called “MonoDoses.” Once introduced to water, they quickly dissolve, dispensing the contents into the water. MonoDose packaging doesn’t leave sludge in your drink, either.
