Óvártej Zrt. invested HUF 500 million in a new production line. The daily performance is now slicing and packaging 20 tons of mozzarella, which is enough for 240,000 pizzas. Óvártej Zrt.’s goal is introducing mozzarella, stracchino and provoletta cheeses to the Hungarian market.
