At the event, Nébih supervisors discussed the importance of field variety trials and the economic role of oilseed crops and non-cereal cereals in their presentations. An important topic was, among others, the GÉV examination of winter rapeseed, sunflower, soybean, corn and sorghum. The visit program on the topic of field GÉV experiments was supplemented with a field visit, so after the lectures, the field variety experiments located on the station’s territory were also presented. This provided an opportunity to learn about the GÉV experiments of the mentioned plant varieties. In addition to the varieties announced for state recognition, the presentation also featured a number of varieties that are state-recognized and on the EU list.
