Almost half of respondents stick to the “tried and tested” method when preparing quick-frozen breaded meat: they fry it in plenty of oil, because they believe that this is the only way to achieve a perfect result. However, 45% prefer to cook it without oil in the oven or an air fryer, because they think the result will be healthier. “Quick-frozen breaded meat is typically sold ready-to-eat, so no additional oil is needed for preparation. The packaging of VALDOR products indicates the oil-free cooking method”, says senior product and packaging development manager Melinda Dén. //
