New shopping mall to open in Győr in October

Dunacenter Powershopping Győr shopping park might be open in October with a shopping area of 17 thousand square meters.

Austrian CA Immo and the Pannonia Shopping Center Ltd 50-50 percent owned by Holler Iván financed 40 percent of the investment amount of 25 million euros. The company is preparing a project in Veszprém similar to the project in Győr. A part of the Győr-based facility – which is still under construction – has been rented already – reports Világgazdaság.
