The euro area’s foreign trade surplus declined in October
In November last year, the euro area’s foreign trade surplus fell more than expected, according to a report released on Wednesday by Eurostat, the EU’s statistical office.
According to Eurostat’s first estimate, in November 2019, 19 Member States of the euro area exported goods in a value of 197.7 billion HUF to the rest of the world without seasonal adjustment, which is a decrease of 2.9 percent, compared to the 203.7 billion euros of November of the previous year.
