27 thousand businesses were founded until the end of October
Firm founding mood declined slightly this year compared to last year – shows the database of Céginfo.hu operated by the Wolters Kluwer Ltd. and Napi.hu.
A significant downturn occured in the number of new limited Ltds, while the popularity of the limited partnerships increased significantly.
In the first ten months of 2013, 26,722 joint ventures started their activities, which is 5.5 percent (nearly 1,600) less than a year ago. Last year, 28,304 companies have been set up by the end of October. The datas of Céginfo.hu suggest that the number of joint stock companies decreased slightly, while the number of Ltds decreased significantly, compared to the previous year .
