OKSZ: The proposed amendment of the tobacco law is hazardous for small businesses
The National Trade Association (OKSZ) has no objection to the modest extension in the offer of the new tobacco stores. But the submitted new amendment endangers the existence of many food retailers and small businesses – the organization told MTI on Friday.
The government submitted the proposal on the law supressing the smoking of the youth on 4 February. According to the act, the newly launched national tobacco shops can sell spirits, energy drinks, coffee, mineral water and soft drinks beside tobacco products – recalls OKSZ. (MTI)
