OKSZ: the hundred percent bonus payment for Sundays would undermine many businesses
According to the National Retail Federation (OKSZ), the hundred percent bonus payment for Sundays would make Sunday opening hours for many businesses impossible, and would force many people to carve up their other costs, so the cafeteria may be a victim of theses plans.
The organization in its communication sent to MTI on Friday highlights that the 100 percent amount of the Sunday bonus payment would be a 50-60 billion HUF burden, and many companies could not pay it.
The OKSZ sees an opportunity on the basis of reconciliation of the organizations representing all employees and employers in the sector to jointly examine where it is appropriate to change the rules of the Sunday work. (MTI)
