Summer fair against heatstroke

It seems that the heat wave of July brings a discount wave as well. Traders attract customers with larger discounts than usual. The different stores are beginning the summer sales at various times, until the end of August.

The traders can decide on the period of discount sales, the offered products, and over the discount’s rate.

The most important rules of discounts are the following:

– The customers cannot be confused that the advertised product is not even available at the beginning of the discount,

– The price  indicated in the advertising newspapers can not be changed,

– In case of different prices the buyer to pay the smaller,

– The “we do not chage discounted merchandise” label is misleading, quality objection can not be rejected because of discounts, unless the discount is attributable to a quality defect.
