OKSZ: the rise in food prices is lower than before
Over the past four years, food became more expensive in July, and although the trend was not broken in 2013, the 2.8 percent rate was the lowest, compared to the previous summer periods – the National Retail Federation (OKSZ) told MTI on Tuesday.
According to datas of the Central Statistics Office (KSH) published on Tuesday, inflation has decreased. After the 1.9 percent annual sales growth of June, consumer prices in July were 1.8 percent higher than a year earlier, and decreased by an average of 0.3 percent, compared to the previous month.
