OKSZ: the amount of the decline in retail is worrisome
The analyst of the Savings Bank and the National Trade Association (OKSZ) calculates with an average of 1.7 to 2 percent downturn in retail for this year.
According to the Monday published datas of the Central Statistical Office (KSH), retail sales volume in September fell by 3.1 percent compared to September last year, and in the first nine months of the year it was 1.5 percent below the same period of the previous year.
Suppan Gergely senior analyst at the Savings Bank (Takarékbank) in his commentary sent to MTI explains that the more than 3 percent decrease in retail sales exceeds their expectations.
