Ecological business park from IKEA

The SwedeCenter that belongs to the Swedish IKEA Group, wants to build the first ecological business park of Poland.

The company will develop a a total of 90 thousand square meters of commercial area in several stages: there will be an office building, a hotel and shops and a conference center. The construction begins in April, the first phase will be completed at the end of 2011 – reports Világgazdaság Online, after eurobuild.pl.
