OKÉS – National catering cooking contest 2014

The knowledge center of METRO Kereskedelmi Kft. the Costumer Academy
gave home to the National Catering Chef Competition on Saturday.

In the focus of the competition is catering, that is supported by METRO through its “I love HoReCa” and “I love Menza” programs. The nine chef duos starting in the tournament had to compile a menu from the raw materials of the autumn season which is in place in the catering sector, and they are without artificial additives.
