OÉTI: the quality of school catering has improved
The quality of school catering has improved in many ways in recent years – the the National Food and Nutrition Institute (OÉTI) explains in its latest analysis.
According to the communication sent to MTI on Thursday by the State Public Health and Medical Officer Service (ÁNTSZ), the whole grain bakery products have appeared in the school canteens. New raw materials are also used, and fresh fruits and vegetables can be found more often in the menu. (MTI)
