The NÉBIH seized worm infected eggs
More than 380 thousand expired worm infected eggs were destroyed by the National Food Chain Safety Office (NÉBIH) at an egg packing plant in Bács-Kiskun county – the agency told MTI on Tuesday.
Due to the increase in the number of consumer complaints, the NÉBIH strictly checked the egg packing plants, in the last few weeks.
The expired eggs, most of which were damaged and contaminated were stored in a raw material warehouse and in a building that was under construction. (MTI)
