Printed sugar – Image of the day
Kyle and Liz von Hasseln, an architect couple from Los Angeles, use 3D printers to make objects suitable for decorating the holiday table from edible materials (predominantly sugar). Their works are often colored and decorated. It’s not like we can learn from this case, but it seems that 3D food printing can still bring interesting surprises in the field of gastronomy.
