Eighty-million HUF worth investment in the Gubacsi mill of Lesencetomaj

The Gubacsi mill of Lesencetomaj was developed by a more than eighty million HUF investment. The project received a 41 million HUF support from the Central Transdanubian Regional Operational Program – Zsigó Ferenc, Communications Manager informed MTI.

The Villa Fiore guesthouse, operating in the several centuries-old mill building has been expanded with a bath house in the scope of the investment. On the ground floor of the new 162-square-meter building, a swimming pool, sauna, shower and massage room was housed on the first floor three new apartments were built. Overall, the capacity  of the guesthose increased to its one and a half fold. (MTI)
