Eight million passengers at Ferihegy

The passenger traffic of the Airport was 8.1 million person in 2009. With this resultt the Ferihegy Airport was the 38th largest airport in the European Union.

The traffic was performed by 104 thousand commercial flights. The main partner countries of the Ferihegy airport are Germany with 1.3 million, the United Kingdom with 946 thousand, Italy with 533 thousand and France with 484 thousand passengers – reports the Central Statistical Office.
