The Hungarian government has renewed its cooperation agreement with farmer interest organizations, the National Chamber of Agriculture and the Association of Hungarian Farmer Associations and Cooperatives – announced Zsolt Nyitrai, the Prime Minister’s Chief Advisor, in a video posted on his Facebook page on Tuesday.

Zsolt Nyitrai said: the countryside is Hungary, Hungarian farmers can count on the government. In the video, Zsolt Papp, the President of the National Chamber of Agriculture and Cooperatives, spoke about how the agreement will motivate agriculture, agriculture and the countryside to take action, creating the opportunity to think together and work together in order to find solutions to the many challenges that agriculture and the countryside face every day. “The Hungarian government has been committed and a good partner to agriculture and the countryside. There was no shortage of support, support and joint action,” the president said. István Jakab, president of the Association of Hungarian Farmers’ Associations and Cooperatives (Magosz), said that in this challenging world, when the government is under full pressure from Brussels and Ukraine, it is crucial that there is a strong partnership between the country’s leadership and farmers. Now, during this period, the government is working to ensure that they can continue to build on the agreement they have made and that they can continue to keep on the agenda and implement programs that help utilize resources, he said. The video also features Agriculture Minister István Nagy, who said that “the backbone and sustaining force of the countryside is the farming community. Their prosperity, their future is absolutely important for the Hungarian government, for the national government. This agreement ensures the future that the cooperation on which Hungary’s strength is built will continue to rest on stable feet.”
