Starbucks won at European Court of Justice
Starbucks won its fight at the European Court of Justice against the EU demand to pay up to 30 million euros on Dutch back taxes.
In October 2015, the European Commission declared illegal state aid tax exemptions granted by the Netherlands to Starbucks, and ordered the reimbursement of an estimated tax of 20-30 million euros. (Bajnok Artúr, MTI)
