Tobacco products and alcoholic beverages will be more expensive from the summer

The price of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products will grew, due to the excise tax increase in July – said Kondrát Zsolt, senior analyst at MKB.

After the 5.9 percent of February, annual inflation was 5.5 percent in March – reported the Central Statistical Office (KSH) on Wednesday. The price increase of alcoholic beverages, tobacco products and fuel prices increased the most in March, while the official priced products and services were increased less than estimated – Kondrát Zsolt, senior analyst at MKB, to Világgazdaság.
