According to a survey people buy more with a credit card in the summer
The number of foreign bank card purchases grew by more than 30 percent in the summer, with a rise of nearly 32 percent in value.
The value of domestic credit card purchases increased by 12.9 percent and their number increased by 15.6 percent, compared to the same period of the previous year, K & H told MTI referring to the data measured in its customer base.
According to the bank’s announcement, in June-August this year, the number of bank card transactions increased by 42.6 percent and their value by 34 percent from the previous year’s summer. (MTI)
