Research on crop production has received support from NAIK
– The National Agricultural Research and Innovation Center (NAIK) examines the exposure, sensitivity and vulnerability of crop production systems to climate change at 19 sites of its 6 research institutes. The NAIK waon a non-refundable EU subsidy of 635.61 million HUF won in the Széchenyi 2020 Economic Development and Innovation Operational Program (Ginop) – NAIK told MTI.
According to their communication, the project involved not only the independent and isolated study of a particular branch of cultivation (arable, forest, orchard, vine or vegetable), but also complex cultivation systems that can be considered in interaction and complementarity (eg agroforestry systems).
