Production prices in November: +5.5 percent
In November 2015 agricultural production prices increased by 5.5 percent from the level of November 2014. The price of vegetable products increased 13.7 percent, but the price of livestock/products of animal origin kept on decreasing, this time by 6.4 percent from the base period level.
Cereal crops cost 11 percent more, vegetable prices were up 7.2 percent and fruits became 26 percent more expensive. Farmers could sell livestock for 2.5 percent less and they got 14 percent less for products of animal origin. In January-November 2015 agricultural production prices reduced by 0.2 percent.
