In November, consumer sentiment declined to minus 17.6 points in the euro area
The European Commission’s euro area consumer sentiment index fell to a lower-than-expected level in November, but has also fallen to its lowest level since May.
According to a preliminary survey by the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Economic and Financial Affairs (DG ECFIN), the euro area consumer sentiment index fell from minus 15.5 points of the previous month to minus 17.6 points in November. (MTI)
