Industrial production declined in the euro zone in November
In November, instead of a modest increase, industrial production declined in the euro zone and in the EU in November – the European Union's statistical office, Eurostat announced on Monday.
In November, in the 17-member euro zone and in the EU-27 the industrial production decreased by the same extent, by 0.3 percent, compared to October. Analysts expected a 0.1 percent increase.
According to the revised datas, industrial production decreased by 1.0 per cent in the euro zone, and 0.8 percent in the EU in October, compared to the previous month. (MTI)
