OTPdirekt is available until mid-November

On November 18, the OTPdirekt online banking platform, which has served retail customers for 21 years, will be permanently discontinued, the bank announced.

In the future, OTP’s new generation digital channels, OTP MobilBank and OTP InternetBank, will be available.

The switch requires online registration, during which customers can conclude their Digital Service Agreement. This can be easily done in the OTPdirekt “New Internet Bank Registration” menu item. The goal of the change is to redirect all customers to more modern, safer and more functional platforms.
